Dichiarazione di Valore

Dichiarazione di Valore (or Declaration) is a document, which gives the right to work or study in Italy and is issued by the Italian Embassy in Ukraine in the prescribed manner.

Declaration (Dichiarazione di valore) is issued for the following purposes:

• continuation of education in Italy;
  
• employment (occupational work) in Italy.
  

Obtaining the Declaration for education purpose includes the following steps:

• Apostille in The Ministry of Education of Ukraine for all educational documents (School-leaving Certificate with Supplement, Degree with Transcript);
  
• Translation of documents by translator accredited in the Italian Embassy;
  
• Certification (legalization) of translation made by accredited translator;
  
• Submission of application with the set of required documents to the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine.
  

Obtaining the Declaration for employment purpose includes the following steps:

• Apostille in The Ministry of Education of Ukraine for all educational documents (School-leaving Certificate with Supplement, Degree with Transcript);
  
• Translation of educational documents and (or) work record card by translator accredited in the Italian Embassy;
  
• Certification (legalization) of translation made by accredited translator;
  
• Submission of application with the set of required documents to the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine.
  

To each set of documents the following documents shall be attached:
A copy of the Italian residence permit (Permesso di soggiorno) or a copy of the internal passport (in case when the applicant is a resident of Ukraine).
