Lion's Mark Law Company provides the services of obtaining the License for Retail Trade in Alcohol & Tobacco.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac and fruit alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco goods" of 12/19/1995 No.481/95-VR, the retail trade is activity in realization of goods to citizens and other end consumers for their personal non-commercial use regardless of type of payment, including those on tap in restaurants, bars or other public catering facilities.

License for retail trade in alcohol and tobacco is valid for 1 (one) year.

State fees for a license for retail trade in:

• Alcoholic beverage (per 1 cash register): UAH 8,000 per year (quarterly payment possible)
• Tobacco goods: UAH 2,000 per year (quarterly payment possible)
  

If a retail trading place is located in the territory of a settlement (village), excluding those that are within the borders of the cities, the fee is UAH 500.
retail trade in tobacco goods: UAH 250 for a single trading place
retail trade in cider and pear cider (alcohol-free): UAH 780 for a single trading place.

For obtaining the License for retail trade in alcohol and tobacco, it is necessary to submit the following documents:

1. Standard application form;
   
2. Extract from USR;
   
3. Certificate from the State Statistics Service; - (notarized copy)
   
4. 4-OPP certificate from the State Tax Service; (copy)
5. Title / Lease contract for a trading place (floor space should be at least 40 sq.m.); - (notarized copy)
   
6. Receipt confirming the payment of state fee;
   
7. Cash register certificate from the State Tax Service;
   
8. Passport details of the applicant (for individual entrepreneurs) or of the head (for legal entities);
9. Bank details;
   
10. VAT-payer Certificate number, Tax ID code;
    
11. Information on previous license (if any);
    
12. Power of Attorney to act on your behalf.
