License for mediation in employment abroad

Lion's Mark Law Company provides the services of obtaining the License for mediation in employment abroad.

License for mediation in employment abroad is issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. A distinctive feature of this license is that its issuance is subject to supervision by the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Department against human trafficking, therefore, at the stage of obtaining a license, a verification of a licensee by law enforcement body is possible.

License for mediation in employment abroad is a state-recognized document, which certifies the licensee's right to perform the said services in the territory of Ukraine providing that he meets the requirements of the licensing conditions.

Both legal entity and individual entrepreneur can become a mediator in employment abroad.

For obtaining the License for mediation in employment abroad, it is necessary to submit the following documents:

1. Standard application form;
   
2. List of documents;
   
3. Certificate of state registration (notarized copy);
   
4. Certificate from the State Statistics Service (in the types of economic activities section the codes 74.50.0 - "recruitment and provision of personnel" and 74.87.0 - "other commercial services" shall be listed) (notarized copy);
   
5. Extract from USR (in the types of economic activities section the codes 74.50.0 - "recruitment and provision of personnel" and 74.87.0 - "other commercial services" shall be listed) (notarized copy);
   
6. Extract from the founding documents with "mediation in employment abroad" in the list of economic activities (for legal  entities only) (notarized copy);
   
7. Tax ID - for individuals (notarized copy);
8. Educational document - for individuals (notarized copy);
   
9. Title / Lease contract for office premises (notarized copy);
   
10. Permit for employment of Ukrainian citizens issued tby the state authority in the country of  job placement (if the contract is signed with employer) - (notarized copy).
    
11. Permit (License) for mediation in employment of Ukrainian citizens issued by the state authority in the  country of  job placement (if the contract is signed with mediator) - (notarized copy).
    
12. Document confirming the state registration of foreign partner in the country of job placement. - (notarized copy)
    
13. A Copy of the document confirming that foreign business entity owns the vessels or uses them legally (for mediation in employment of Ukrainian sailors for foreign vessels only).
    
14. Excerpt  from the documents of foreign business entity confirming the type of its economic activity when there is no requirement for obtaining the permit (license) for employment abroad according to the laws of relevant country. - (notarized copy)
    
15. Document confirming that foreign business entity owns or uses the vessels legally and/or manages (recruits) the crews if foreign economic contract provides for the mediation in employment to foreign vessels only. - (notarized copy)
    
16. Foreign economic contract signed with foreign business entity. - (notarized copy)
    
17. Collective agreement signed between the employer and the labor union (or its labor association, if any), in a case of its absence - an attested employer's certificate confirming that such an agreement was not signed. - (notarized copy)
    
18. Labour contract (a copy certified by employer).
    
19. A contract with a foreign business partner. It shall be drafted in two languages - Ukrainian and partner's state language. The text of agreement shall be splitted into two columns: left column - Ukrainian, right column - foreign language.
    
20. Power of Attorney to act on your behalf.

Services of obtaining the License for mediation in employment abroad include:
