Registration of the Change of Director

Lion's Mark Law Company provides the services of registration of the change of Director in Kyiv and in other cities of Ukraine.

Registration of the change of Director (General Director, Chairman of the Board) includes:

• Drafting the documents for the registration of changes (protocol, solutions, power of attorney);
  
• Payment of the state fees.
  
• Registration of changes in the State District Administration.
  
• Notifying the State Statistics Service and obtaining a new Certificate from the State Statistics Service;
  

Documents required for the registration of change of Director:

• Extract from the Unified State Register (original hard copy);
  
• Certificate from the State Statistics Service (original hard copy);
• Articles of Association of the company (original hard copy);
• Copies of passports and Tax ID numbers of Director (ex and new) and Chief Accountant (if any);
• Certificate of registration in the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine (original hard copy);
• Power of Attorney to act on your behalf.
