Lion's Mark Law Company provides the services of obtaining the Tax ID Number for the sake of full commercial activities of foreign citizens in Ukraine.

According to Ukrainian legislation, foreign citizens shll obtain Ukrainian taxpayer ID number in case of:

• Job placement in Ukraine;
  
• Registration of a foreigner as an individual entrepreneur in Ukraine;
  
• Foreign citizen is a founder of legal entity in the territory of Ukraine;
  
• If a foreigner has any taxable activities and assets in Ukraine (as required by Law).
  

Documents required for obtaining the Tax ID number (Taxpayer registration card):

1. An application for obtaining Tax ID number.
   
2. A copy of a foreigner’s passport (including page with address).
   
3. Notarized Ukrainian translation of passport.
   
4. Notarized Power of Attorney to represent your interests.
