Foreign Employee Service Card

(official IDs for representative office personnel)

Lion's Mark Law Company provides the services of obtaining the official IDs for the employees of foreign representative offices.

ID cards for foreign employees of representative offices of foreign business entities are issued by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. ID cards for foreign RepOffice employees are valid for up to three years. Service cards are issued within 15 days and shall be returned to the foreign institutions department of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine after the termination of its holder’s powers. ID cards are not issued to the representative office employees who are citizens of Ukraine.

To obtain official IDs, the representative offices of foreign business entities shall submit the following documents:

1. An application on the official letterhead of a foreign representative office, sealed and signed by its head;
   
2. A copy of the Certificate of registration of representative office in Ukraine;
   
3. A list of foreign employees of the representative office, indicating the duration of stay in Ukraine, signed by its head;
   
4. 2 color photos (3x4 cm) for each foreign employee;
   
5. Copies of passports of foreign employees.
