We’ll show you the option of obtaining the temporary residence permit on the ground of work permit in Ukraine. First of all it’s necessary to register a legal entity ( LLC or PE) with foreign founders. Legal entity has a right to invite foreigners and officially employ them in Ukraine. And when the founders are foreign citizens they are able to obtain a work permit 15 days faster.

After the issuance of work permit, you have the legal right to submit the set of documents for Visa type D. And having the Visa type D you are able to apply for temporary residence permit here in  Ukraine.
