LIST OF HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS

1. Technical inspection, testing, expert inspection, technical diagnostics of hazardous machines, machinery and equipment specified in Annex 3 to the Procedure of issuance of permits for hazardous operations and the operation (use) of hazardous machines, machinery, equipment and in paragraph 1 of Annex 7 to this Procedure.

2. Installation, removal, adjustment, repair, maintenance, reconstruction of hazardous machines, machinery and equipment specified in Annex 3 to the Procedure of issuance of permits for hazardous operations and the operation (use) of hazardous machines, machinery, equipment.

3. Production, processing, distribution and use of harmful hazardous substances of 1, 2 and 3 hazard class, as well as ammonia, hydrogen and air separation products.

4. Blasting operations and operations related to using of explosion energy.

5. Utilization of weapons, conventional ammunitions and rocket technology products.

6. Gas dangerous work and operations in explosion-and-fire-hazardous areas.

7. Oil, hydrocarbon gases and condensate processing.

8. Construction of gas pipelines, oil pipelines and product pipelines (oil product, ammonia, ethylene pipelines etc.) natural and liquefied gas supply systems.

9. Work on the production of agglomerate, coke, melts of ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys based on these metals, billets for rolling production of finished steel, metal pipes and ferroalloys.

10. Drilling, maintenance and overhaul repair of wells during geological exploration and development of mineral resources.

11. Storage of tanks, containers, cisterns and other containers of compressed, liquefied, poisonous, explosive and inert gas, its filling, emptying and repair.

12. Operations in the electrical installations of voltage above 1000 V and in areas of high-frequency current.

13. Underground and strip mining.

14. Surveyor operations.

15. Operations in wells, bore pits, trenches, pits, bins, chambers, collectors (headers), confined space (tanks, boxes, furnaces, pipelines).

16. Excavation work performed at a depth of 2 meters or at the location of underground pipelines or under water.

17. Diving works.

18. Steeplejack and climbing works performed at a height of 5 meters or more above ground, overlapping or stage operations, and the works performed by lifting and hanging buckets, mechanical lifts and construction lifts.

19. Erection, installation and deinstallation of buildings, structures, strengthening of their emergency units, electrical curing and defrosting of concrete and soil.

20. Construction, repair, operation and liquidation of underground facilities not related to mining.

21. Wood cutting area works, skidding, logging and wood floating.

22. Work on mineral dressing.

23. Welding, flame, fusing work.

24. Inspection, repair and cleaning of chimneys, air ducts.

25. Work on grain storage and processing.

26. Quarrying and sawing of blocks of natural stone.
